Sick and PPV Sham

Hey guys, could not get on today, been feeling the allergies again. I think I got a headcold. Seems like everything is spinning, sneezing, feeling weak. I have been working out lately and drinking alot of water like I have been all summer. Just I cleaned alot today and I think the dust etc, got to me. Well speaking of which, I heard Night Of Champions PPV was not so great. The decline and downfall of WWE I think is coming one day...maybe if TNA hangs in there long enough, then one day, ONE DAY, they can merge like WCW / WWF did during the Monday Night Wars. How cool would that be? I love to see a Bobby Roode against Randy Orton, or Samoa Joe against Rusev. Or Cesaro against Gunner? So many possibilities. Problem is, most TNA talent is getting older, so we may just never see that come to reality......how old is Christopher Daniels? He has been around for awhile. Anyway, just a update. I plan to download Night Of Champions now.

Also, another update, I may just make another blog linked to this one discussing MMA promotions. You may find that one interesting as well. It will have a boxing section as well, etc. I am a huge fight fan, so it would only be right to do such. This page will be its own though. Concerning only wrestling promotions. I did contact a wrestler for a interview, my first one for here, but I gotta check my email and see if I got a reply. If not, I am moving on and looking for someone else to interview. Cant have this place be called World Wide Wrestling Interviewer without interviews, right?

P.S. Some updates on New Japan Pro Wrestling will be here on my next post on what I been seeing so far by CLIMAX 23 PPV events. Bear with me.

Later. ~ Danny

Night Of Champions in trouble?

After reading this I wonder how this PPV will go tomorrow for the WWE. As much as a non-fan I am of Roman Reigns once he went solo, I just think this is another screw up on WWE's part. They take one superstar on the rise, and overwork them, to death.

I mean, look at Daniel Bryne, CM Punk....they had their times where they just were way over, but then were pushed too hard to the point of no return. I do not imagine we will see either anytime soon. Speaking of CM Punk, last I read, he asked for royalties from WWE and they lowered his DVD price from 29.99$ to 2.99$, to spite him.

I think WWE is really showing their true colors now and giving everyone the shut up and do what you are told treatment these days. I do not know if this is a call to WCW days but it seems like it. That is why I have a small shred of hope, that one day, TNA can outdo WWE. But at the stage they are now, they have ALOT to do before they even reach that level. WWE has nicer cameras, bigger venues, bigger audience, WWE network, subpar merchandising. They even tapped into reality tv with Total Divas. WWE is also taking on new talent from ROH. One man comes to mind, Kevin Steen.

I watched Kevin from ROH ppvs and really enjoy Mr. Wrestlings in ring prowess. Problem is though, why would you put yourself through the WWE treatment? WWE has enough NXT stars to fall back on already. It looks like he is just looking at it on the money aspect. But will Mr. Wrestling be Mr. Wrestling at WWE? I do not think his character will come back as the one we know him as. I prefer he stays the way he is and joins the TNA roster.

Like I said in a previous post, TNA NEEDS more new talent. Rid of the old, bring in the new. Bram for example, Samuel Shaw, Gunner. These guys are paving the way for TNA right now. Seeing NJPW collab with TNA Is great and all....but they need MORE ROH guys. Austin Aries is a hit in TNA. Why chase after talent already proven themselves in the WWE roster? It reminds me of the time Dixie tweeted that a "viper that strikes" might end up joining TNA. Referring to, Randy Orton. But even if his contract was up, why on gods green earth would he even consider of doing that? His lifeline is forever etched in WWE, not TNA.

Well I got off track, again....but here is the problem NOC ppv for WWE is facing right now. I also wonder, who will be his replacement? Will Dean Ambrose make a appearance? I doubt it, but you never know. Thanks again for reading, the site is growing, I am noticing more views too. BIG CHANGES on this site are a coming! But yeah, I think it is almost safe to say, you can throw this PPV out the window....or like a Seth Rollins.

INCLUDING, a twitter and youtube page. And maybe, a pinterest. ~ Danny

Beer and Cowboy Hats.....

Should be the name of a dvd about Bradshaws career. I think for him to be commentating for so long now, he should have his own dvd spanning his entire career. Attitude era, the works. There is many reasons why I dont like WWE, but one in particular is how they overlook important assets to their company. Even how they treat them, and also their creative storyline team, has been doing a poor job lately. I will be watching NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS, but do not expect any positive outcomes from it. TNA has by far the freshest storylines in wrestling right now. People are just too thick headed to see it. Also if they continue to bring new stars in, that will help. Older stars in TNA is what is holding it back. As for wwe, they need some big changes. They need to build up fresher talent as well but really got to work on their storylines. Bray Wyatt is keeping WWE relevent I believe.

Back on the subject of Bradshaw.... In 2014, WWE needs to find its JBL. The company needs to think outside the box and find someone who can be fresh in the main event.

Last PPV I watched....

I have plans to search for a wrestler for a interview, but until then, bear with me.
Ring Of Honor has really grown on me as of late. If you like to watch the whole PPV, check it out here.  ~ Danny

New Jack CIty!!!!

He is very enthusiastic about his violence and clearly not in complete touch with the way the world works. Most noteable is him slicing open untrained 17-year-old Mass Transit's forehead with an Exacto knife (A wound which required 100 stitches to close), stabbing a Florida wrestler with a jagged piece of metal 14 times for no real reason, and giving veteran wrestler Gypsy Joe a skull fracture with a baseball bat. Not to mention him and Mustafa beating the hell out of indie team the American Gangsters for "stealing their gimmick".

I am not all too familiar with the man that is called, New Jack. I know he was in ECW, and had a terrible fall in some matches. I recall him even stapling some wrestlers. I watched his documentary today. It was really a eye opener. Also I respect his style and how he has managed to work himself over in his own way in the business. Check out these videos. And also, here is the latest update on the man himself in the media for this year..... the link is below the video. Enjoy! ~ Danny

New FIndings - A LITTLE FIRE SCARECROW?

I saw this and decided to do some research....

A LITTLE FIRE SCARECROW?

Looking a little worse for a wear a few days after the #KIngOfTheDeathmatch tournament in Yokahama, Japan in August 1995. Yes, I actually did wrestle in this condition when I got home - at an independent show in Western, PA, where my bandages cam falling off, along with some additional skin. But the brave man in this match wasn't me - it was the guy who agreed to wrestle me. Ewww, gross!

I may have a special line of merchandise out next year for the 20th anniversery of this show. Let me know your thoughts when you first saw this type of strange wrestling from the land of the rising sun. Honestly, if you'd told me this stuff existed when I was breaking into wrestling, I think I would have stayed far, far away from it.

I then stumbled upon this link, just scroll your mouse right under this text. I plan to download all of these. Great, great stuff.

Introduction

This is the start, but not the beginning. I been a avid fan of wrestling since the age of 4 years old. Collecting vintage WWF wrestlers at that age, from the Legion Of Doom, to Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Bret Hart, Macho Man. Even Demolition! The home made rings, the vintage WWF comforter blankets with Jake The Snake Roberts, Big Boss Man, Bushwackers on it.  I been following all kinds of wrestling promotions these past few years.

Their even was a period where I missed alot of the Monday Night Wars growing up. At the pre-teen ages wrestling was banned from my household until 1999-2000. The do not try this at home motto on those commercials, did not go over so well at my cousins house when I would visit growing up. From playing the games for Super Nintendo, watching the Undertakers "dead hand" rise from the ground. To Big Van Vader coming out with his vintage armour with the steam coming out of it. To seeing my first commercial of ECW Hardcore Heaven.

I mean, I lived in the condos at the time, so just seeing that commercial on tv earlier one November morning, got me so psyched. Seeing names like Sabu, RVD, Tommy Dreamer, Rhino.....Sandman, wow, I did not even watch one live show even yet and was instantly hooked by its taboo and obscure brutality. Which I was not use to seeing in WWF or WCW at the time. Remembering when Glacier first debuted, to when Mankind aka Mick Foley had the Hell In A Cell match.

To the time Shane McManhon had that devastating street fight with Kurt Angle. I realized more and more growing up, since I first laid eyes on tv seeing wrestling, I was instantly hooked. I am 26 now, and decided with my past skills in interviewing bands and reviewing cds of theirs, I give this a shot.

It is something I thought long and hard about. I am always discovering something new now about wrestling all the time. Just today I found out about IWA death matches. I am also really starting to enjoy NJPW more and more that I see it. Those guys are magic. I am overall a big fight fan, but wrestling, has been in my heart for a very very, VERY long time.

It is something I should have pursued growing up. My cousin was a high school wrestling champion. I just fell into music and the arts growing up after falling off the sports wagon. But, wrestling was always their. So was other forms of fighting, movies, and karate, etc.

That stuff inspires me more than anything. Other than working on music. I also really enjoy the contacts with people and I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I have had some nothing but respect for these guys growing up. And now, I want to share my thoughts, experiences, findings, and show MY support for these fantastic, and inspiring, people.

If you like to follow my page, book mark it. I will soon have other pages linked to this one. But this will be my main site. For now, I am not sure who I will interview first or mention on here next, but I have a idea of my next post to come. I just mentioned it earlier. If you want to get a hold of me for a interview, and are a indy wrestler or known. Or if you want to expose your sites, podcasts, twitters, etc. To show off your support towards the wrestling industry that is, get people to know, you, email me here.      worldwidewrestlinginterviewer@gmail.com

Thanks for reading, this is my first official rant here haha so it was a tough one to think of since their is so much to mention. Anyway, thanks for checking my site out.

Hear from you soon. ~ Danny
